The grant is checked before carrier lookup on every request. Read the reported Schedule P interrogatory answers for one statement year, such as whether reserves are discounted (question 4), fidelity and surety premiums in force (5.1 and 5.2) and the claim count basis (6). Each source NAIC company keeps a separate section, including codes without answers. Questions keep their reported numbering; topic is a short label, not the filed question text. Monetary answers are whole US dollars; 5.1 and 5.2 are scaled from reported thousands. Blank text is null. Loads for 2018 and 2019 store blank numbers as 0. One successful document counts as one billed row: $0.07 per call ($0.02 request + $0.05 row). Failed reads are not charged; repeated successful reads are charged again. Read-only; private, no-store. At most 200 source-company sections; larger identities return 409 without truncation.
