# Product Hub

> Develop and manage your organization's insurance products and the models, rating programs, and filings that support them.

Product Hub is where your organization develops and manages its insurance products and the models,
rating programs, and filings that support them.

The [Market Directory](/guides/index) contains market information and rating programs that Effective
maintains. Uploading your own material to Product Hub does not publish it to the Market Directory.

## Prepare a filing

Use the [filing workspace](/guides/managed-filings) to create and edit filings, manage documents,
run pre-review, and respond to regulator objections.

Workspace products and companies have their own IDs, separate from Market Directory products and
carriers. [Create and edit filings](/guides/managed-filings/create-filings) shows how to find the
workspace records for your filing.

## Build and test a rating program

Use [Relativities](/relativities/index) to build a rater, test it against examples, and explore
pricing scenarios on your machine. [Package a program](/relativities/how-to/package-a-program)
to keep its rating algorithm, input preparation, schema, and examples together.

Building or packaging a program locally does not upload it to Product Hub.

The [API reference](/api-reference/managed-products/find-products-for-filing-preparation) lists
the public operations. Not every application feature has a public API.
