Monoline commercial general liability: the line's schema.

`SCHEMA` (version `gl/1.0`) lists the tables of a general liability book,
their keys and their core columns: facts with one meaning each, typed and empty
unless supplied. A rater derives the rest, such as an exposure in thousands of
sales or a carrier's territory. A book needs only `submissions` and
`locations`; `policies` is built from the submissions' `policy_id` unless
you pass it. Its tables are the liability part of `bop.SCHEMA`, with the same
columns and meanings, so a `gl` book is also a `bop` book. A carrier's own
selectors, such as its increased limits table, are program columns: declare
them with `SCHEMA.with_columns`. Every other column is yours.
`relativities.Book(tables, schema=gl.SCHEMA)` is a general liability book, and
a `relativities.Program` rates it with one carrier's rater: its `prepare`
turns the book into that rater's input.

## SCHEMA

```python theme={null}
SCHEMA: Schema
```

The monoline commercial general liability line's schema, version `gl/1.0` (`gl.SCHEMA.version`): policies, submissions, locations, classifications and coverages, with their keys and core columns. Its tables are the liability part of `bop.SCHEMA`, so a GL book is also a businessowners book. Pass it as `Book(tables, schema=gl.SCHEMA)`. `print(gl.SCHEMA)` lists every column, and the [general liability book schema](/relativities/reference/gl-book-schema) page shows the same tables.
