Homeowners: the line's schema.

`SCHEMA` (version `ho/1.0`) lists the tables of a homeowners book, their keys
and their core columns: facts with one meaning each, typed and empty unless
supplied. A rater derives the rest, such as the age of the home, claim counts
in a window or a carrier's territory. A book needs only `submissions` and
`dwellings`; `policies` is built from the submissions' `policy_id` unless
you pass it. The same tables describe renters (HO-4) and condo (HO-6) forms,
whose dwelling row describes the building or unit. Every other column is yours.
`relativities.Book(tables, schema=ho.SCHEMA)` is a homeowners book, and a
`relativities.Program` rates it with one carrier's rater: its `prepare`
turns the book into that rater's input.

## SCHEMA

```python theme={null}
SCHEMA: Schema
```

The homeowners line's schema, version `ho/1.0` (`ho.SCHEMA.version`): policies, submissions, insureds, dwellings, features, coverages, deductibles, special limits, scheduled items, losses and other policies, with their keys and core columns. It covers the HO-2, HO-3, HO-5, HO-4, HO-6, HO-8, DP-1 and DP-3 forms. Pass it as `Book(tables, schema=ho.SCHEMA)`. `print(ho.SCHEMA)` lists every column, and the [homeowners book schema](/relativities/reference/ho-book-schema) page shows the same tables.
